Belgian Beer Gift Box - Order per 6 bottles Online

Dear visitors and beer lovers,

finally you are now able to order per 6 bottles of beers and have them delivered at home !!
We admit it took a while before we were able to do this and ordering might not be as convenient at first but we are working on this, please... "forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us ..."

The Commandments of Ordering:
1. Print this form attached to this page, fill it out and fax it to us. {This is the first stage of ordering. Later on you will be able to make the complete order online. The finishing date for this is not set}
2. Per delivery there will be a service charge of HK$100 unless you purchase beer for an amount of HK$1000 or more then this charge will be waived.
3. Orders that do not fit exactly 6 bottles of beer or a multiple of 6 will be considered as a 6 bottle order. The missing bottles will then be charged at the lowest price per bottle according to the order form.
4. At present we accept payments by cheque or bank transfer.
5. After we received your fax (or post) of your order we will prepare your order the next day before 11h30AM.
6. Delivery will occur only when we received your payment.
7. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer (e.g. ATM). Mark your cheque in favor of "The Belgian Beer International Co. Ltd.". Please fax us (or send us by post) a copy of the cheque or bank receipt as proof of your payment.
8. Delivery happen from 2pm till 7pm from Monday till Saturday. We will try to match your preferred delivery time if possible. If not possible we will contact you, so please leave your phone number on the order form.
9. Make sure somebody is at home to receive the goods. This person needs to sign the delivery note.
10. Deliveries are only for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories except outlying Islands.
11. If nobody is at home to receive the goods we will return the goods to our office. You can then arrange a pick up at the office in Tsuen Wan or request a new delivery which will be charged accordingly.
